The only utility that Aspen Mountain Cabins tenants are required to pay is their electric bill. The electricity for the cabins complex is provided by LPEA. There is no need to signup for LPEA services or have it transferred into your name. Aspen Mountain Cabins applies each month’s LPEA bill to the rent invoice, which is delivered via email a couple days before the 1st of each month. You’ll find a copy of the electric bill attached to the email invoice.
All Water On Property Is Well Water
All the water on every Aspen Mountain Cabins property is well water. The infrastructure for the well pump is located within the Center Cabin. It’s important to note that water pipes have frozen before. If you move out or are gone for an extended time during the winter, let us know and leave on enough heat to prevent pipes from freezing!

For internet, the options available are CenturyLink or Ceder Networks. Ceder Networks is running on CenturyLink’s infrastructure, so for all intents and purposes, the internet quality should be fairly comparable. That being said; Ceder Networks is a much more localized company and we always recommend going local first whenever possible.
