Parking Courtesy and Restrictions (Be Courteous of Plows and Neighbors!)

Parking is limited in the cabin complex, especially during the winter when the plows need room to push snow. We understand that some people (or parties) have multiple vehicles and additional vehicles become present from guests, service vehicles and other scenarios. We’re working on a system that is fair for everyone while properly managing vehicles and providing options for overflow. In the interim; we just ask everyone to do the best you can to be as polite as possible when parking, especially if your structure is responsible for a large number of vehicles. Everyone should be able to park in front of their house and if your house is being blocked by a vehicle that is not yours, pleaseĀ contact us immediately, because that should be a non-issue and we will address it.

Winter Time Parking and Snow Plows

The winter time in the Weminuche is amazing, with ice skating on Lemon and Vallecito and backcountry skiing all over the place. It’s also when everyone must be that much more diligent and courteous about the parking situation. If the plows cannot push the snow, it’s going to become a burden for all of us. Also, this is why we ask about vehicles on the applications. The winters out here are no joke.
